Campbell Web Systems is owned and operated by Kevin and Natasha Campbell. This website is intended for business and professional service inquiries, not for knowingly collecting children’s information or highly sensitive personal information through public forms.

  • Project requirements, workflow details, content, files, approvals, and support messages
  • Billing contact information and limited payment metadata received from the payment processor
  • Portal activity, launch approvals, Monthly Care records, and hosting or migration information

Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, Social Security numbers, protected health information, confidential client datasets, or other highly sensitive information through public forms or ordinary email.

Information collected automatically

The website, hosting environment, analytics tools, and security systems may automatically process technical and usage information, including:

  • Pages viewed, dates, times, referring pages, and general interaction activity
  • Browser, device, operating-system, and approximate location information
  • IP address, request headers, server logs, error logs, and security signals
  • Cookie, session, performance, availability, and fraud-prevention information

This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and related services.

Back to navigation

Contact forms, lead records, and notifications

Public project requests are processed through Campbell Web Systems systems and may be stored in private lead records, operational databases, backup snapshots, and notification emails. The information is used to review fit, create a lead record, communicate next steps, and maintain an audit trail of the request.

Spam prevention, validation, email delivery, hosting, and security providers may process the submission as needed to provide those functions.

Back to navigation

Client portal, project, upload, and support information

Clients may use protected workspaces for intake, project materials, approvals, payment status, launch coordination, Monthly Care, and support requests. These systems may store account identifiers, project records, uploaded files, communications, timestamps, status history, and technical details needed to provide the service.

Portal links and access credentials must not be shared with unauthorized people. Clients are responsible for identifying who may access their organization’s project information.

Back to navigation

Managed hosting and client-site data

When managed hosting is included, Campbell Web Systems and its infrastructure providers may process website files, databases, logs, backups, DNS or technical configuration, availability data, malware or security signals, and support information needed to host, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, restore, or migrate the site.

The client determines what its own website collects from visitors and remains responsible for its privacy notices, consent choices, lawful data collection, content, user accounts, retention rules, and industry obligations. Project-specific data-processing or security terms may be addressed in a written agreement.

Payments and Stripe

Stripe may process payment details, billing information, contact information, transaction records, fraud-prevention signals, subscription status, and receipt information. Campbell Web Systems does not directly store full card numbers from Stripe-hosted checkout.

Stripe’s handling of personal information is governed by Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices. Campbell Web Systems may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts, service metadata, receipts, and related business records.

Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, and search tools

This website may use Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar tools to understand traffic, clicks, scrolling, navigation, performance, and whether visitors reach key service pages.

Campbell Web Systems does not intentionally configure analytics to collect passwords, payment-card details, protected health information, or other highly sensitive content. Visitors should not enter sensitive information into public forms. Regional consent or masking controls may be used where appropriate.

Back to navigation

Cookies and similar technologies

The website and service providers may use cookies, scripts, pixels, local storage, session identifiers, and similar technologies for navigation, security, analytics, form protection, payment redirects, and functionality.

Browser settings may allow you to block or delete some technologies, but doing so can affect forms, authentication, payment flows, analytics accuracy, or other site features.

Back to navigation

Service providers and subprocessors

Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, DNS, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, security, backups, file storage, monitoring, communications, and business operations.

Providers handle information under their own contracts, privacy policies, security practices, retention rules, and legal obligations. Campbell Web Systems selects and configures providers based on practical business, security, compatibility, and service needs.

Back to navigation

How information may be disclosed

Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to operate the business and provide services, including to:

  • Process forms, payments, receipts, emails, hosting, backups, analytics, and security
  • Coordinate approved contractors or technical providers under appropriate access restrictions
  • Prepare and deliver projects, support, migrations, or account transitions
  • Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, payment disputes, or legal claims
  • Comply with subpoenas, court orders, lawful requests, or other legal obligations
  • Protect the rights, safety, property, systems, or users of Campbell Web Systems or others
Back to navigation

Sale of information and targeted advertising

Campbell Web Systems does not sell project inquiry information for money. It does not knowingly use confidential project materials or support records for third-party targeted advertising.

Analytics, payment, hosting, email, security, and other providers may process technical or personal information as described in this policy and their own policies. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly, so available rights may depend on the visitor’s location and the technologies in use.

Back to navigation

Retention, backups, and deletion timing

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for project review, service delivery, support, hosting, continuity, accounting, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and ordinary business recordkeeping.

Deletion from active records may not immediately remove information from encrypted or rotating backups, provider systems, transaction records, logs, or records that must be retained. Backup copies generally expire through normal retention cycles and are not used for ordinary business activity unless restoration is needed.

Back to navigation

Security practices

Campbell Web Systems uses a security-minded approach that may include access controls, private storage paths, payment processors, validation, backups, limited administrative access, secure configuration, logging, and provider security features.

No website, server, email system, payment processor, backup, portal, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients and users must protect their credentials, devices, and access links and promptly report suspected compromise.

Back to navigation

Client responsibilities for visitor and customer data

Clients are responsible for determining what their own websites, forms, apps, portals, and business processes collect and for providing accurate privacy notices, consent mechanisms, retention practices, and lawful instructions.

Clients must not direct Campbell Web Systems to collect, store, or process unlawful, undisclosed, or unnecessary sensitive information. Regulated or high-risk data requires disclosure and written approval before implementation or hosting.

Back to navigation

Security incidents and service response

If Campbell Web Systems becomes aware of a material security issue involving systems under its control, it may investigate, contain access, preserve logs, restore from backups, notify affected clients, and coordinate with providers as reasonably appropriate and as required by applicable law or written agreement.

Clients must provide current contact information and cooperate with credential resets, access reviews, content removal, updates, or other reasonable containment steps.

Back to navigation

Your choices and privacy requests

You may choose not to submit optional information, not to use a payment link, or not to create a client workspace. You may contact Campbell Web Systems to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you previously submitted where appropriate.

Some records may be retained for accounting, legal, security, fraud prevention, contract performance, backups, or dispute resolution. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.

Back to navigation

Children’s privacy

The website and services are intended for business and professional users and are not directed to children. Campbell Web Systems does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the public website.

Back to navigation

Regional privacy considerations

Privacy rights vary by state, country, and region. Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain information about certain processing.

This policy does not create rights beyond those required by applicable law or a written agreement. Requests will be reviewed based on the requester’s location, relationship to Campbell Web Systems, and the information involved.

This policy may be updated when services, hosting arrangements, portals, analytics, payment methods, providers, laws, or business practices change. The date at the top identifies the current public version.

Material changes apply prospectively. Project-specific agreements may contain additional privacy, security, or data-handling terms.
